Dutch housing minister welcomes international residential investors

The Netherlands needs to build 100,000 new homes a year to see off the considerable housing shortage. Dutch housing minister Elanor Boekholt-O'Sullivan outlines the challenge facing the Netherlands and what the government has been doing to improve the residential investment climate. 

The minister will be talking about the government measures at a session on making the European housing market an improved option for investors at Expo Real in Munich on October 5.
