The Holland Metropole alliance is heading to Expo Real this October with 39 partners, ranging from national and local government officials, developers, investors and architects. The partners are taking part in several panel discussions as well as organising their own events.
A highlight of Day One of Expo is a special session on mobilising global pension capital for Europe’s housing transition, which will feature Dutch housing minister Elanor Boekholt-O'Sullivan. She has made attracting more international investors to the Dutch residential property market a key part of her strategy to slash the housing shortage.
On Day Two, there will be a special focus on a new position paper focusing on the opportunities offered by Dutch residential investment market and why it is worth a more detailed look. The presentation is by Real Asset Media on the Insight Stage, Hall A1, stand 132 at midday.
Feel free to come and meet the Holland Metropole partners at our stand (Hall A2, stand 30) or join us for networking and drinks on Monday and Tuesday from 16.00.
