The project involves the development of a high-rise timber residential complex in the east of Amsterdam, consisting of a 100-meter hybrid timber tower, and a complete wooden apartments complex, a public parking garage, rooftop gardens, and community spaces. The project is part of the Amstelstation-Amsteloever area and uses sustainable architecture inspired by the Amsterdam School.
