BoogieWood is an 80,000-square-meter mixed-use project in the Binckhorst redevelopment area in The Hague and will be built partly on top of an existing parking garage. The project includes social housing, mid-range housing, and non-rent-controlled housing, as well as an underground parking garage, a bicycle parking facility, rooftop gardens, and commercial spaces.

The project utilizes VORM’s modular timber construction method, which shortens construction time while reducing weight, costs, and CO₂ emissions. Phase 2 is set to begin in october 2026, during which a 110-meter-tall tower will be built, but the entire project is expected to be completed in 2030.
