Timeline

First phase due for completion in 2027

BoogieWood is a 80,000 square metre mixed-use project in the Binckhorst redevelopment area in The Hague and is being constructed partly on top of an existing car park. The development includes social, mid-market and non-rent controlled housing  plus an underground car park, bike park, roof gardens and commercial spaces.

The project uses VORM's modular timber construction method which is both reducing construction time and cutting weight, costs and CO2 emissions. No date has yet been set for the start of phase 2, which involves a 110 metre high tower but the entire project is slated for completion in 2030.
