The redevelopment of The Hague Zuidwest is the largest inner-city renewal project in the Netherlands. The project involves replacing outdated social housing, building new social housing, mid-rental and owner-occupied homes, making use of modular building techniques.

 The aim is to create affordable, liveable districts with a more balanced mix of residents, while ensuring that all current inhabitants can remain in the area. The project also includes facilities to make the districts more resilient for the future including green outdoor areas, playgrounds, schools, sports parks, employment projects and community initiatives.
