EDGE Eindhoven is set to become a vibrant, mixed-use development in the heart of the Netherlands tech capital, covering an area of some 42,500 square meters. This project blends living and working across two buildings, creating a dynamic environment.

At the core of the development stands a 70-meter-high residential tower, offering 175 rental apartments acquired by a.s.r. real estate for the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund.
