ArenAPoort in the southeast of Amsterdam is a major entertainment centre, hosting concerts, football matches and other events. The stadiums and concert halls are primarily ringed by offices but some 4,000 new homes are set to be added to the area by 2030.

One of the projects is Eleven Square, which will be home to more than 1,000 residential units – owner occupied housing, rentals and student accommodation. The complex includes Amsterdam’s highest tower, at 145 metres.

Another part of the project includes upgrading the ArenAPoort shopping centre, which will also include 660 new homes.
