This development aims to provide a nature-inclusive, climate-proof and sustainable living environment that offers maximum support for biodiversity and health.

The plan includes 58 owner-occupied loft homes and 165 rental homes (medium-priced and social segment). To provide more space for medium-priced and social housing, the owner-occupied homes have been developed as small loft homes for starters and young families.

The plan also includes community facilities, including a community room and 32 residential units with 24-hour care.
