This urban transformation project involves the redevelopment of an existing residential area adding 6,000 units. The existing properties are now mainly owned by several housing associations. The location is strategic, connecting Knoop XL and the two main high tech campuses (ASML headquarters and High Tech Campus Eindhoven).

The development includes Bus Rapid Transit System (HOV4) and other infrastructure, 35,000 m² of amenities and the transformation of the ‘Kastelenplein’ shopping centre into mixed-use development. The project has been divided into several phases, with the first three now in detailed development.
