A former office location in Rijswijk, close to The Hague, is being turned into a new residential area with a wide target group, from starters to seniors and families. The buildings will enclose a garden with an integrated water storage system and the development will use concrete with a low carbon impact. In addition, the project will focus on using circular materials and sustainable building methods.
