Hyde Park is a modern urban district in Hoofddorp, close to Amsterdam city centre and Schiphol airport, which will have a population of some 8,000 when completed. Work started in 2020 and the first residents moved in 2024.

Holland Metropole BPD partner is involved in two apartment blocks still under development – Victoria 2 with 78 apartments and Mayfair with 441. The Victoria 2 apartments are equipped with HR++ glass and connected to a collective heat source, generated by a thermal energy storage system. Mayfair is still at the planning stage with construction slated to begin in 2026.
