INCK will add 400 new homes to Eindhoven’s tight housing market, including 146 owner-occupied apartments, 20 townhouses and 234 rental apartments. Of these, 180 will be social housing and 54 private sector rentals.The project is designed with diversity in mind, offering housing for a wide range of residents, from single-person to family households, and bringing together people of different backgrounds, education levels and nationalities.

The development combines living, leisure and community in a green setting inspired by the countryside around Eindhoven. Elevated courtyards will provide collective roof gardens with lawns, planting and meeting spaces, while ecological park zones, neighbourhood gardens and landscaped outdoor areas will promote biodiversity and wellbeing.
