The Lightyards development is a mixed-use project adjacent to Eindhoven’s main railway station. The project consists of four buildings. The Social Hub has been operational as a hotel since 2017 and the next phase includes 242 apartments divided over two residential buildings (Highlight and Lumen). In a later phase, the sustainable multi-tenant office building Connector will follow.

The project is a key part of Eindhoven’s KnoopXL city centre redevelopment, with a focus on accessibility and on creating a high quality, green living environment.
