Mallegatplot is one of the key projects in the redevelopment of the Maas riverfront in Rotterdam, with a striking residential tower that will combine housing, facilities and parking. Its unique position directly on the river gives residents wide views over the Maas and the city skyline. The tower is designed to accommodate a mix of households, from starters to smaller families and senior residents, within the broader transformation of the district.

The wider area will see around 4,750 new homes built across several projects, with a balance of social housing, mid-range rental and owner-occupied apartments. Mallegatplot will play a central role in shaping the new neighbourhood’s identity, combining urban living with direct access to the riverside and the planned Getijdenpark, which will add walking and cycling routes along the water.
