Construction scheduled to start in 2027
The project involves developing four towers (140, 57, 120 and 70 metres) around the former Hofplein station, 600 metres from the city’s main railway station. The Hofplein-line is being redeveloped into a high line park.
The Nieuw Pompenburg location, locally know as the last burn hole from World War II will eventually host a maximum of 1100 new residential units, with space for offices and hotel, shops, restaurants, cultural and social functions.
