Elzenhagen is a new district on the northern flank of Amsterdam close to the metro with a direct link to the city centre. When completed, the area will have some 1,800 new homes alongside schools, retail and other facilities. 

Projects Noordhof 4 and Noordhof 5 will offer a wide range of housing, from compact studios to large family homes and a mixture of owner-occupied and rental properties.
