Residential complex ORION forms part of the Brinkhorst redevelopment scheme and will include 180 homes, 2,000 square metres of commercial real estate, a car park and a lush roof garden when completed. Biodiversity and climate adaptation will have a central role in the project.

The units target singles, first-timers, small households, empty nesters and families.
