Preparatory work has begun with construction due to start in autumn 2027
The development will be completed in phases
P.A.R.K. Utrecht will be a sustainable urban neighbourhood with approximately 1650 homes, abundant green space and water features, and amenities such as a large school, childcare facilities, and a health centre. Just over half the properties will be owner-occupied, 15% will be mid-market rentals and 30% social housing.
The location borders the Amsterdam-Rhine canal and is inside the Utrecht ring road, putting the historic city centre at just a 15-minute bike ride away. P.A.R.K. Utrecht is part of the larger Papendrecht redevelopment area, which will have 3,650 homes when completed.
The area will also have excellent links to the motorway network as well as a mobility hub with parking, public transport links and a shared car location.
