This transformation of an industrial area to mixed-use urban environment will retain its focus on the  creative community and 280 creative entrepreneurs will stay and move into new buildings totalling 20,000 m² as they are completed.

The development also includes the addition of 1,400 apartments and 10,000 m² for other businesses and social facilities. Specific student housing concepts will included, as well as homes for starters and empty nesters. Design and living will be integrated into a whole new open area, connecting the neighborhoods in the east side of Eindhoven with green corridors and parks.
