VORM is redeveloping the former Ministry of Social Affairs site in the city's Centrum Innovation District into SOZA, a mixed-use hub with around 1,200 homes, two-thirds of which will be affordable. The project will also add 24,000 m² of sustainable office space and 5,000 m² of urban facilities including a supermarket, healthcare services and public bike storage.

Located next to NS Intercity Station Laan van NOI, the development aims to meet strong demand from young professionals, families and international businesses. The scheme also includes extensive green roofs and The Hague’s first timber office tower, targeting BREEAM-NL Excellent and Paris Proof standards.
