The former British School site in Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district is being redeveloped as a social housing project, spread across two connected residential buidings. The northern builing is dedicated to senior housing, while the southern building offers regular two, three, and four-room apartments along with a health centre on the ground floor.

The project includes eight apartments for people with dementia, combined with a shared communal space where residents can eat together and meet.
