The Hague has two major redevelopment areas needing international investors: the Central Innovation District and Binckhorst. The city needs high-quality, sustainable homes in attractive urban environments for its growing population, says city area development head Henk Harms.
Central Innovation District will have 20,500 homes when completed
Binckhorst will have up to 12,500 new homes
Dreven, Gaarden Zichten is on the southwest edge of the city
